ABQ was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and ecosystem builders with decades of combined experience at the intersection of technology, business development, and civic engagement.

Co-Founder

Serial entrepreneur and ecosystem builder with 25+ years founding and scaling digital platforms. Co-founded Imobiliare.ro, Growceanu, ABQ Institute, and FABER. Strategic advisor on innovation and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Valentin Muresan

Co-Founder

Deep-tech entrepreneur with 20+ years building quantum computing capabilities and ecosystems. Established the Masters programme in Quantum Computing at UPT. Advisor to Timișoara's municipal innovation strategy.

Mihai Suta, MBA
